About
Cles.ma grew out of actually hosting on Airbnb in Agadir.
Before it was a short-term rental management company, Cles.ma was one property to run. That is where our way of working comes from.

You learn this trade by doing it for yourself.
Guests to welcome, late arrivals, sheets to change between stays, a listing to keep current: the real work of a host looks nothing like what you imagine from a distance.
Doing it yourself is how you learn what really matters. A home genuinely ready on arrival, not just clean. A fast reply when a guest writes, because silence costs you in the review. And an owner kept informed without having to ask.
Cles.ma came out of that: what owners living elsewhere are missing is not one more tool, it is someone on the ground.
Why managing from a distance is genuinely hard.
It is not a matter of organisation or goodwill. Some things simply require being there.
The time difference
A guest message at 11 pm, an arrival moved forward, a question that needs an answer now: from a distance, every hour counts double.
Not being able to go and look
A doubt about the state of the property, an appliance on its way out, a smell mentioned in a review: without someone on site, you can only guess.
Coordinating everyone involved
Cleaning, linen, plumber, locksmith: someone has to open the door, explain, check the work. A phone call is not a presence.
Wear you cannot see
A short-term rental wears faster than a lived-in home. What goes unseen turns up sooner or later in the reviews.
Human on one side, operational on the other.
On the guest's side, someone who opens the door, explains the neighbourhood and answers when something goes wrong. That is what turns a decent stay into a good review.
On the owner's side, one contact who tells you what is happening at your property, puts options to you when a decision is needed, and gets on with it without asking you about every detail.
We do not promise numbers we do not control. What we commit to is how we work: the full scope of our services is public, and the scope is defined with you.
A local presence, in practice
- We know the neighbourhoods of Agadir and surrounding areas and what a guest looks for there.
- We have the tradespeople worth calling when something gives out on a Sunday.
- We see the property regularly, not only through photographs.
- We speak your guests' language as well as your contractors'.
Let's talk about your property.
One conversation is enough to know whether we are the right team for you.
